Design and implement telephone sales and service solutions including, work process engineering, quality assurance, telecommunications, recruitment, training and personnel cost reduction.  Perform extensive forecasting, budget analysis, and business planning. Locate, RFP, negotiate, implement, and manage outsourced customer service vendors.
